Being Bikers

Bikers are cool, adventurous and kind-hearted. Especially if the biker is Brandon Turnbow. The man loves to ride a bike and has taken many tours on his Harley. The man is a singer, composer, and lyricist by profession. Other than songs, he loves going on adventurous trips. The motorcyclist lives in Texas away from his family.

Going Home

The life journey of the biker took a strange turn on valentine day when he was going home to meet his parents in Burleson. The man dressed in leather looked typical of bikers. He had put on shades too that completed his look. Brandon was very happy as he was going to meet his family after a very long time but he did not know that the road he had taken was going to put something very strange there.

Good Guy Brandon

The man was well built and had an athletic physique. With a good physique, he had a good heart too. Turnbow was known for his affection for animals among his friends. Though he did not have any pet, he always wanted to have one.

Getting Angry

Well, that particular day when Brandon was riding on the highway while going home he saw something very strange. The highways usually stay desolated as very few vehicles pass through it. There was no one on the highway when he was passing through it. Well, there was someone who forced him to do something that even they had not expected it.

Not Alone

He was not alone on the highway, there was someone else too. The man spotted a truck at a halt on the side of the road. As he moved forward he saw the driver flogging someone with his feet. The man had his blood run c0ld when he saw who the person was hitting.

Help!

The victim was shrieking out of fear. As he moved forward he saw that the man was hitting a pup. It was a small Jack Russel dog. The man was abusing the dog. It seemed that the person was his owner, because the dog did not fight back. Nor the dog was trying to run away.

Running Towards It

Brandon got off his bike and ran towards the dog. The driver had seen him coming towards them by now. So, he did the worst possible thing. He flung the little pup on to the road and headed towards his truck. Unfortunately, Brandon could not capture the guy but he managed to rescue the dog. The owner drove away leaving little Jack  Russel behind.

Badly Injured

The dog had bruises and injuries all over his body. He was breathing heavily and was shrieking in pain. Firstly, the man had to calm him down. He went closer to him and gently caressed his injured body. The dog was so scared and tired that he did not protest him for once.

Leaving It Alone?

Leaving injured dog all alone in the middle of the highway would be the next worse thing done to the dog. It appeared the dog was loving his company as he did not extricate for once. Evidently, the dog was very comfortable in his arms. He did not want to let go of him.

Decision Time

Brandon had to quickly make a decision. There was no way he was going to leave the pup on the highway to fend for himself. So he decided to pick him up and take him to his home. Well, the biker ad no idea how would his family react to it but that was the only option he was left with.

Nothing Loud

Dogs do not like loud noises. Brandon had no idea how the already scared dog was going to respond to the roar of his bike’s engine. He needed to get him used to of this so that he would not get scared while riding the bike. The man started the engine to check how would he react and too much to his surprise, the pup did not seem scared a bit.

Taking Him Home

The man lifted him up in his arms and raced home. The dog turned out to be as adventurous as the man himself was. The dog was enjoying the ride immensely. The dog was becoming happier as much as the biker was increasing the speed. He loved the speed and the loud noise. So what happened when he reached home? How do you think the dog reacted on seeing so many strange faces?

Slept

The dog was too tired to make acquaintances with Brandon’s family. The pooch fell asleep on the floor after eating food. The two had gotten along very well. Brandon loved his company and it appeared that the pup too enjoyed biker’s company. Brandon decided something!

A Copilot

Brandon had understood by now that he finally had found himself a copilot. The dog was as adventurous and bike-lover as him. So what Brandon has to say about his new copilot……….

Dog Loved Riding

Brandon said, “I try to look back as much as I can to see if the dog was trying to move around or not and surprisingly he actually liked riding.” There was no doubt that the dog loved riding.

Happens For Good

Everything happens for good. The dog now is in safe hand. Earlier the little pup was subjected to abuse by his owner but now he had found his best friend in his owner. The dog is leading a healthy and happy life. Well, the dog has a name too. Can you guess what Brandon named him?

Born Rider

So as we told you before Brandon loves riding bike and is a big fan of Harley Davidson. Now his new favorite was his new friend. So, the man decided to name him “Mr. Davidson.” No need to say that the man has gone really creative in naming his dog “Mr. Davidson.” So how Mr. Davidson is doing these days now? Check out these cute images of him.

Good Days

Brandon writes, “Well looks like my co-pilot has found peace,” he shared on Facebook. “His belly is full and he found the pillow.” Mr. Davidson is indeed enjoying his days with Brandon. The pup would have still been struggling with his life had Brandon not come forward.

BFF

Not to mention, the two completes each other as both of them loves to ride the bike. Brandon has a big list of plans with Mr. Davidson. He has planned to go on trips on his bike with his new buddy.

A Strong Connection

Brandon felt a strong connection with Mr. Davidson when he held him in his arms for the first time. They formed the bond immediately. Mr. Davidson had never felt so comfortable before.

The Encounter

The man describes in his Facebook post, “[I] was riding out an saw a vehicle pulled over on 171 with a worthless piece of crap beating an innocent little white dog.”  “I watched in my rear view and saw this guy throw the dog into the air curbside and drive off,” added Turnbow.

Went After Him

The man further wrote, “I went after the guy just to give him a number one sign. And I now have a Co pilot- Meet Mr. DAVIDSON.” It was not the end of their beautiful story. David had gotten a new inspiration in his life. He was about to do something that would change many lives of many voiceless animals out there. He had a new purpose in his life.

New Love

Brandon who is in love with his new friend tells his pal, “You’ll never have to worry again in your life, ’bout getting kicked down and thrown to the side,” Turnbow says of his new adopted friend. “We’ll always have fun and go riding in the sun, Mr. Davidson.”

Not The First Time

The man wrote in a post on his Facebook page that while riding his bike he turned around to see if he was doing okay. When the man turned back to see how was he doing, he could not believe. The pup was sitting on the bike “like he has rode all his life.”

Best Thing

So, how does Brandon feel about saving Mr. Davidson? He calls it the best thing he has ever done in his life. The dog has become a family. Mr. Davidson is very happy in his new surrounding that reflects well in his smile that never leaves his face.

NGO

The incident moved Turnbow so much that he decided to open a non-profit organization named BAAANG ( Bikers Against Animal Abuse National Global). So how does this NGO works? Well, they send the bikers to take a ride on the road to help to pick the abused and stranded animals and care for them.

Love And Support

Turnbow wrote about the NGO he opened, “I’m not asking for anything but I would like to give support where it’s needed – I want to support an animal project that really needs the help. Please contact me. My new site will be Baaag.org (Bikers Against Animal Abuse Global ). I’m needing assistance for setting up my project right. God Bless.”

Request

He requested people to contact him, “Lets all join together to make this happen on an epic scale. I know there are a lot of Bikers out there that love animals so how would you like it if we sent Bikers to collect abused animals near you?”

Singing

So how his music life is going? Well, the man has garnered a lot of appreciation from all corner of the world. An army Sergeant commented, “Your new co-pilot loves life again cuz of you. This Soldier takes her hat off to you. Ride many miles with Mr Davidson.” “You come to Nashville any time. I live here. Your music would make it here. I’m going to listen all at work today. My Soldiers are going to be either tired of the music or asking me who it is. I think asking who that was.”

Public Gigs

Another commenter requested him to play any public gigs. To which Turnbow replied, “I don’t have a complete band at the moment. This is all me. But I’m looking for some serious players. Working on it. Until then I write and create. And create for other writer’s.”
